Lookup Cases

To review or update a case, you can use the lookup to locate the case you want.

Infor Public Sector searches your records using the search criteria you enter and shows the cases that match that information. For example, you might want to look up a single case at a particular address or all cases filed by a specific contact.

After Infor Public Sector locates the cases that match your search criteria, you can select a case from the search results and edit or delete it using the Action button.
