Lookup Payments

To review or update a payment, you can use the lookup to locate the payment you want.

Infor Public Sector searches your records using the search criteria you enter and shows the payments that match that information. For example, you might want to look up all payments added to a particular batch or all payments received for a particular account within the past three days.

After Infor Public Sector locates the payments that match your search criteria, you can print your search results or click the Trace # link to load a selected payment into the Payment InfoViewer. You can also click the Batch # or Account # link to open the batch or account associated with the payment in the appropriate viewer.
