Aging Blocks

Aging blocks represent the number of days after a bill date that a bill remains unpaid.

You can define four aging blocks, such as 30, 60, 90 and 120 days. An account's total unpaid balance for each aging block is displayed on the Transactions tab in the Manage Account page. Employees can quickly identify the account’s delinquent balances and how long these balances have remained unpaid.
