Viewing employee schedules

If you’re a supervisor, you can use the Employee list in the Schedule Calendar to view the schedules of the employees who report to you.

You can select an individual employee from the list, or you can select All Subordinates to view the schedules of all the employees you supervise. To view your own schedule in addition to the schedules of your subordinates, select All Employees.

If you're showing assignments for multiple employees on the Week tab, you can drag and drop to assign moveable assignments to different employees.
