Recording a failure
If a work order is created because of an asset failure, you can record the failure information in the work order. You can specify the type of failure that occurred and record additional information about the failure, such as the reason that the asset failed.
Note: The Add a Failure quick link and the Failures tab are displayed only if
an asset has been specified for the work order. Also note that you can view graphs
charting your agency’s asset failures in My Infor.
