Adding an existing work order to a group project

  1. Load the group project you want into the Group Project InfoViewer.
  2. Click Action and select Add Existing Work Order.
  3. Specify search criteria at the top of the dialog box to locate the correct work orders.
  4. Click Search.
    Search results are displayed. Click a Work Order # link to open a work order into the Work Order InfoViewer.
  5. Select the work order that you want to add to the group project. To add multiple work orders simultaneously, select multiple work orders in the grid.
  6. Click Select.
    The asset and activity for each selected work order is displayed in the Group Project Items grid. Click an Asset ID link to open an asset into the asset InfoViewer.
  7. Click Save.
    A message is displayed that the group project was updated successfully.
