Adding a safety message to a task

  1. While adding or editing a task, select the Safety Messages tab in the Activity Task dialog box.
  2. Click Add above the Safety Messages grid.
  3. Specify the identification code for the safety message in the Safety Code field.
  4. Specify an expiration date for the safety message in the Expire Date field.
  5. Type any information that you want to show for the safety message in the Comments field and click Save.
  6. Click the Approve button.
