Passwords

For system security, you can specify various requirements for users' passwords, such as requiring a mix of letters and numbers, or specifying a minimum password length. You can also specify an interval at which passwords expire, and you can set rules to limit the reuse of old passwords.

You can also specify a maximum number of unsuccessful login attempts, so that a user's account will be locked after entering the wrong password too many times.

Users can use the Change Password page to change their passwords, and administrators can use this page to change passwords for other users. Administrators can also use this page to unlock a user's account after the maximum number of login attempts has been reached.
