Creating a notification template
Creating a notification template is a
two-step process. First you must specify an ID and description of the template, and any
input parameters that you want to use. Then, after saving the template, you can specify
the contents of the notification that is to be sent.
Notification templates are not static. Input parameters represent interfaces that can be used to include selected properties in your templates. For example, you might want to include the contact's name and address. You can also use input parameters to represent all or part of the text of the message itself, rather than hard-coding it in the template.
