Looking up logs

If database logging is enabled, you can use Lookup System Logs to search for and review log entries in the Infor Public Sector database. Depending on your system configuration, log entries may also be written to log files on the server. Logging settings are defined in the Logging configuration in the Configuration Editor.

  1. Select System > Administration > Lookup System Logs.
  2. Select the type of logs that you want to review from the Log Type list.
  3. Under Severity, select the check boxes for the log severity levels that you want to review.
    You can select one or more check boxes. If you do not select any check boxes, then the system will show all log entries.
  4. Enter any other search criteria.
  5. Click Search.
