Agency files

Some of the settings for your agency's Infor Public Sector site are stored in files on the application server. On-premises clients will have access to the server, but in a Cloud deployment the agency only has access to the site. In that case you can use the File Explorer to manage your files.

To open the File Explorer, select System > Administration > File Explorer. The File Explorer shows a list of virtual directories, each of which is mapped to a physical directory on the server. You can upload and download files as required, and you can also add new folders within your virtual directories.
