Refreshing your application

You can use the System Information page to recycle your application pool from within the Infor Public Sector site. For example, you may need to refresh the application before configuration changes take effect.

Note: Only one compilation process can run at a time. You cannot refresh your application if a compilation is in progress. Examples of compilation processes include rebuilding formulas and synchronizing metadata in the Schema Manager. If a compilation is running, the System Information page displays information on the type of process, the user who started it, and the progress.
  1. Select System > Administration > System Information.
  2. Click Action and select Refresh Application.
    A message is displayed asking you to confirm that you want to refresh the application.
    Note: The Refresh Application item in the Action menu is not available if another compilation process is running.
  3. Click Yes.
