Properties
You can manage several land-related records that might be thought of as properties, such as parcels, addresses, buildings, and complexes. Unlike a building, complex, or other structure in your asset inventory, a property is not considered to be an asset. The term "property" in Infor Public Sector refers to a piece of real estate that is owned by a customer, such as an apartment complex or high rise, and that can be evaluated for tax purposes. You create a property record using the Contact and Property Browser, and you can associate a property with multiple addresses and parcels.
