Infor Public Sector stores detailed records of the parcels in your jurisdiction.

In addition to basic geographical details about a parcel, you can record information such as easements, land use, notices, and zoning. Parcels can be linked to addresses, and they can be associated with other parcels in parent/child relationships.

Infor Public Sector provides tools to keep you parcel records up to date as parcel boundaries change. For example, you can consolidate or subdivide parcels, and you can create new parcel versions.

Parcel records can also be updated in bulk. For example, if the zoning in a particular area changes, you can update the zoning information for all affected parcels simultaneously.
