Users
Each employee must have a user name and password to connect to Infor Public Sector.
If your agency has set up single sign on, you can associate the user’s Windows account with the Infor Public Sector user name. After logging in to the network, the user can then bypass the process of logging in to Infor Public Sector.
A user is an employee authorized to sign in and use Infor Public Sector. Users are given a unique login ID, a license to use the software, and permissions to use specific Infor Public Sector features based on their assigned roles.
After this information is added, specify the employee's role within your agency. A role identifies the general job function of the user. Then assign a license to the user for each module you want the employee to access.
