Infor Document Management setup
If you're using Infor Document Management, you must import the Infor Public Sector configuration file before you can upload
attachments.
The file to import is called IPS_Document_DefaultDocumentType.xml, and is found in the Core\DocumentManagement\IDM directory in your Infor Public Sector application directory.
To import this file, log in to Infor Document Management and open the Control Center. Under click , then click the Import tab. Click the button and locate the XML file, then click .
