Viewing contact communications

The Communications tab of the Contact InfoViewer shows all of the notifications that have been sent to a contact. For each notification, the grid on this tab shows the notification type, the notification method, the delivery result, and the message text. The Record Type and Record Key columns identify the Infor Public Sector record that a notification relates to, such as a service request or a building permit inspection. You can click a record key to open the record in its InfoViewer. You can click the message text to open the message in an InfoViewer.
