KNOWLEDGEBASE node
The node of the Hansen8 configuration defines knowledge base settings for Infor Public Sector. This node has these attributes:

| url | URL of the knowledge base. You can use this attribute to
override the standard Infor Public Sector
knowledge base and use an external system instead. Clicking the
button in Infor Public Sector will open the specified URL. This does not affect knowledge base links in the Utility Billing module, which still use the standard Infor Public Sector knowledge base. |
| height | Height of the window that Infor Public Sector opens to show the knowledge base. |
| width | Width of the window that Infor Public Sector opens to show the knowledge base. |
