Resubmitting outbound messages

If outbound messages have failed delivery, you can use Lookup Messaging Logs to resubmit them. When you resubmit a message, Infor Public Sector uses a stored procedure in the database to add a new copy of the message to the outbox. The status of the log is also reset so that the Batch Manger will attempt to deliver the message again the next time it polls the outbox.

  1. Select System > Lookup Messaging Logs.
  2. Look up the outbound logs you want to resubmit.
  3. Select each message you want to resubmit in the search results.
  4. Click Action and select Resubmit Selected Message(s).
