Reprocessing inbound messages

If inbound messages have failed processing, you can use Lookup Messaging Logs to reprocess them. When you reprocess a message, Infor Public Sector uses a stored procedure in the database to reset the log status to PendingProcessing so that the Batch Manger will attempt to import the message again the next time it polls the inbox.

Note: If the import failed due to an error in the message's XML, you can modify the XML before reprocessing. To modify the XML, open the log in the InfoViewer, click the Message Xml tab, and click Edit.
  1. Select System > Lookup Messaging Logs.
  2. Look up the inbound logs you want to reprocess.
  3. Select each message you want to reprocess in the search results.
  4. Click Action and select Reprocess Selected Message(s).
