Looking up messaging logs

Messaging logs are stored in two tables: INBOXENTRYLOG for inbound messages and OUTBOXENTRYLOG for outbound messages. You can look up inbound or outbound message logs based on criteria such as the noun and verb, the message status, or the date. After you've found the desired logs, you can click any message's noun in the Noun column to open the log in the Messaging Log InfoViewer.

  1. Select System > Lookup Messaging Logs.
  2. Select the Lookup Inbound Logs tab or the Lookup Outbound Logs tab.
  3. Enter your search criteria in the fields above the grid.
  4. Click Search.
