Recording a parcel's land use

  1. Load the parcel record you want into the Parcel InfoViewer.
  2. On the Land Use tab, click Add above the grid.
  3. Specify the identification code for the parcel's designated use in the Land Use field.
  4. Specify any other information about the land use designation.
    You can type the number of any ordinance that is related to the land use designation, such as a city ordinance designating a recreational area. You can also specify a number in the Size field to specify the area of the parcel that is designated for the specified land use. You can select Yes from the Proposed list to indicate that the designation has been proposed but is still pending approval. Select No to indicate that the designation is currently in effect.
  5. Click Save.
    Infor Public Sector adds the land use designation to the parcel record.
