Linking addresses to parcels

You can use the Parcel InfoViewer to link addresses to an individual parcel, but to link addresses to several parcels it is more efficient to use the lookup. You can also use Lookup Addresses to link addresses to parcels.

  1. Select Resources > Property > Lookup Parcels.
  2. Look up the parcels that you want to link to addresses.
  3. Select the parcels you want to link in the Parcel Lookup Results grid.
  4. Click Action and select Link Addresses to Parcels.
    Infor Public Sector opens the Link Addresses to Parcels dialog box. The parcels you selected in the lookup results grid are displayed in the Parcels grid.
  5. Enter each address that you want to link to in the Addresses grid.
  6. Select the records you want to link in the Addresses and Parcels grids.
    You can select multiple records in either grid, but not in both. For example, you can link multiple addresses to a single parcel, or a single address to multiple parcels, but you can't link multiple addresses and multiple parcels simultaneously.
  7. Click Create Link.
