Linking addresses to parcels

You can use the Address InfoViewer to link individual addresses to parcels, but to link several addresses to parcels it is more efficient to use the Lookup. Note that you can also use Lookup Parcels to link addresses to parcels.

  1. Select Resources > Property > Lookup Addresses.
  2. Look up the addresses that you want to link to parcels.
  3. Select the addresses you want to link in the Address Lookup Results grid.
  4. Click Action and select Link Addresses to Parcels.
    Infor Public Sector opens the Link Addresses to Parcels dialog box. The addresses that you selected in the lookup results grid are displayed in the Addresses grid.
  5. Specify each parcel that you want to link to in the Parcels grid.
  6. Select the records you want to link in the Addresses and Parcels grids.
    You can select multiple records in either grid, but not in both. For example, you can link multiple addresses to a single parcel, or a single address to multiple parcels, but you can't link multiple addresses and multiple parcels simultaneously.
  7. Click Create Link.
