Recording an employee's availability
- Select Resources > Employee > Employee Manager.
- In the Employees tree, select the Availability node for the correct employee.
- Click Add above the Employee Availabilities grid.
- Select a day from the Day of Week list.
- In the Starting Time field, type the earliest time the employee is available to work on that day.
- In the Ending Time field, specify the latest time the employee is available to work on that day.

In the Alternating Weeks list, specify whether this day's availability applies to all weeks of the month or to every other week.
Selecting This Week or Next Week indicates that the employee's availability on that day alternates every other week. For example, the employee may be available every Monday through Thursday but only every other Friday.
- If the availability only applies to a specific period of time, specify effective and expire dates.
- Click Save.
