Creating business object rules

  1. Select System > Agency Personalization > Keyword Manager.
  2. Under Rules, select the Infor Business Objects node or the Agency Business Objects node.

    You can also select any existing product family or business object node under either of these nodes. Infor Public Sector shows the available methods for the selected node in a tree to the right of the Rules tree.

  3. In the Available Methods tree, browse to the methods for which you want to create rules.
    The tree doesn’t include methods that have already been used for rules.
  4. Select the check box for each method that you want to use.
    Infor Public Sector also selects all subnodes of each node that you select. For example, if you select the check box for a business object in the tree, Infor Public Sector selects all of the business object's methods. If you don't want all of the methods you can select them individually.
  5. Click the Create Rules link to the right of the tree.
    Infor Public Sector creates a rule for each method that you selected and adds it to the Rules tree.
