Creating common rules
- Select System > Agency Personalization > Keyword Manager.

Under Rules, select a category node under the Common node.
Each common rule must be placed in a category. You can add a new category by right-clicking on the Common node and selecting Add Category.
Infor Public Sector shows the available methods for the selected node in a tree to the right of the Rules tree.
- In the Available Methods tree, browse to the methods for which you want to create rules.
- Select the check box for each method that you want to use.

Click the Create Rules link to the right of the tree.
Infor Public Sector creates a rule for each method that you selected and adds it to the Rules tree.
