Adding an additional query parameter

Additional query parameters define name/value pairs that Infor Public Sector will add to the query string that is sent to the reporting tool when you run a Crystal Enterprise or URL report. For example, you can use additional query parameters to define openDocument parameters for Crystal Enterprise reports. Do not include ampersands (&) if you define multiple additional query parameters. Infor Public Sector automatically places ampersands between the parameters in the query string.

  1. Select System > Agency Personalization > Reports Manager.
  2. In the Reports tree, browse to the report that you want to add a parameter to.
  3. Select the Parameters tab.
  4. Click Add above the Additional Query Parameters grid.
  5. Type the name of the parameter in the Parameter Name field.
The parameter name that you specify here must match the parameter name that is used in your reporting tool. The parameter name should not begin with an @ character, because this is added automatically.
  6. In the Parameter Value field, type the value of the parameter.
  7. Click Approve.
Infor Public Sector shows the parameter in the grid.
  8. Click Save.
