Deleting an attachment

If an attachment is not associated with any records, you can delete it from its catalog. If the attachment that you want to delete is associated with one or more records, you must first remove it from each record.
Note: You cannot use the Attachments Catalog form to delete attachments from a catalog that uses an EDMS provider.
  1. Select Resources > Attachments Catalog.
  2. In the Catalogs tree, browse to the catalog containing the attachment that you want to delete.
  3. Select the Attachments node under the node for the catalog.
  4. Delete the attachment from the Attachments grid.
