Adding attachments to a catalog

Note: You cannot use the Attachments Catalog form to add attachments to a catalog that uses an EDMS provider. You can add new attachments to the EDMS when you attach them to records in Infor Public Sector.
  1. Select Resources > Attachments Catalog.
  2. In the Catalogs tree, browse to the catalog to which you want to add your attachments.
  3. Select the Attachments node under the node for the catalog.
  4. Click the Add button above the Attachments grid.
  5. Specify the file or files that you want to attach.
    You can drag and drop one or more files into the area labeled "Drag & Drop files here." The Added Files list shows each file that you have added.

    Alternatively, you can specify the full path of a file that you want to upload in the File field. You may need to expand the File Details section to see this field.

  6. Click Save.
