License auditing
Agencies that adopt the concurrent user licensing model are responsible for keeping track of their own license usage. Even if the agency has only purchased 20 licenses for a module, Infor Public Sector will not prevent more than 20 users from signing in concurrently. Instead, Infor Public Sector provides a lookup form called User Auditing that you can use to monitor when users sign in and out.
To audit license usage in Infor Public Sector, select . Infor Public Sector shows a list of users who have signed in, indicating the time of each user’s most recent sign-in and sign-out.
You can also click a user name in the grid to see more details about the user’s recent activity.
Infor also provides a set of reports that agencies can run to monitor their license usage. The reports can be found in the Reports folder in the Infor Public Sector application directory. A set of Crystal reports is available in the CrystalXI\Core folder, and set of SSRS reports is in the SQLReporting\Core folder.
