Expiring a roadway

To deactivate a roadway record without deleting its history, such as for a roadway that is no longer in service, you can expire the roadway. The roadway's information remains on file for you to access, but the roadway can no longer be used in Infor Public Sector.

Note: When you expire a record, the current date is used as the expiration date. Records expire at midnight on the expiration date, so the record will still be active in the system until midnight.
  1. Select Asset Management > Assets > Roadway.
  2. On the Roadway tab, click Lookup.
  3. Look up the roadway that you want to expire.
  4. Select the correct roadway in the grid.
  5. Click Action, and select Expire Roadway.
