Importing exported routes

  1. Select Asset Management > Assets > Water.
  2. On the Meter tab, under Meter Management, click Lookup Meter Reading Import/Export Schedules.
  3. Look up the export schedules for the routes that you want to import.
  4. In the Export/Import Schedules grid, select the routes that you want to import.
  5. Click Import .
    Note: The Import button is only active if the selected routes are eligible for import. For example, a route isn't eligible for import if it hasn't yet been exported.
  6. On the Routes tab, specify the name of the import file and the date for which you want to schedule the import.
  7. On the Import Options tab, make any desired changes to the default options. The import options include the location of the import file, the template that Infor Public Sector will use, and options to generate service requests and work orders if required, and to reject out-of-date readings.
  8. Click Save.
    Infor Public Sector saves the schedule, and adds one or more MeterImportRun tasks in the Batch Manager.
