Setting a meter reading cycle's next reading date

If all of the routes in a cycle are to be read on the same date, you can specify the next reading date for the routes simultaneously.

  1. Select Asset Management > Assets > Water.
  2. On the Meter tab, under Meter Management, click Meter Reading Cycles and Routes.
  3. In the Water Meter Reading Cycles tree, right-click the cycle and select Set Next Scheduled Date.
  4. Specify the next reading date and time for the routes in the cycle in the Next Scheduled fields.
  5. Click Save.
    Infor Public Sector applies the scheduled date to each route in the cycle. If you click one of the cycle's routes in the Water Meter Reading Cycles tree, you'll see the date you specified in the route's Next Scheduled fields.
