Canceling a meter re-read

After you've scheduled a re-read for a meter listed on the Exceptions or Acceptable tab, Infor Public Sector shows a Cancel Re-read link in the reading's Other Action column. You can click this link at any time to cancel the requested re-read. Infor Public Sector then replaces the Cancel Re-read link with a Re-read link, so you can schedule another re-read if required.

When you cancel a re-read, Infor Public Sector resolves the service request for the re-read, using the resolution code defined in Reading Review Setup. Infor Public Sector also removes the request from the Re-read Service Request column.
