    Display
Select the option for the type of readings that you want to review.

You can select one of these options:

    • Select Cycle Readings if you only want to review regular readings for the selected billing cycle.
    • Select Additional Readings to review any off-cycle readings that were analyzed along with the readings for the selected cycle. Off-cycle readings are readings from other cycles that are included with the current analysis because they were not analyzed with their own cycles. For example, if any meters must be reread due to exceptions, the readings might not be available when the cycle they belong to is analyzed.
    • Select Cycle and Additional Readings to review both cycle readings and off-cycle readings.
    Update Operational Status
Select this check box to update your meter reading records based on the status of associated service request and work orders. Infor Public Sector will mark any problem codes and reader codes as resolved if the associated service requests or work orders are resolved.
Exclude Meters with No Current Reading
Select this check box to exclude meters that don't have current readings.
  4. Click Search.
If the meter analysis has already been run for the selected cycle and comparison method, Infor Public Sector loads the results of the analysis. If the analysis hasn't been run, a dialog box is displayed asking if you'd like to run it now. Click Yes to begin the analysis. When the analysis is complete you must click Search again to load the results.
