Meter reading exception types
This table describes each of the available exception types in Reading Review Setup. The current reading in each case is determined based on the number of days in the Current cycle reading is within the past __ days field.
The Highest Usage through Lowest Usage fields define a range of percentages that Infor Public Sector uses to compare the current usage to a prior usage. When comparing readings, Infor Public Sector first divides the current usage by the compare usage and then multiplies the result by 100, giving a percentage value. For example, if the current usage is 105 and the compare usage is 60, the value will be 175%.
