Requisition approval levels
Infor Public Sector uses approval levels to determine
which employees have the authority to approve requisitions and line items. Each approval
level specifies the maximum dollar amount that employees can approve for a specific
request type.
For example, stockroom employees might be able to approve issue requests for up to $100, but any request over that amount would require a supervisor's approval. You assign employees to approval levels using Access Control, where an access item is automatically created for each level you define.
After you've defined approval levels for a request type, they must be assigned to the appropriate level for the value of the request.
