Viewing a part's work orders
The WO's tab on the Part InfoViewer shows a list of work orders for which a part has been used. Specifically, the grid on this tab shows each work order for which material usage has been recorded for the current part. There are other ways in which parts can be associated with work orders, so it is important to understand that the work orders displayed on the WO's tab are based only on material usage records. For example, you can specify a work order number when you create an issue transaction, but that work order won't be displayed on the WO's tab until you add the material usage.
For each work order, Infor Public Sector shows the work order number, the activity, the asset, and information on the work order's status. The work order number is hyperlinked so you can open the word order in the Work Order InfoViewer.
