Incidents

When an incident occurs you can create a record to track all associated information. You can record the location of the incident, the conditions at the time it occurred, the tasks to be completed, and the persons, vehicles, and assets that were affected.

The information you can track for each incident includes the location of the incident and the persons, vehicles, and agency assets that were affected; the conditions at the time of the incident; a list of events giving a more detailed account of the incident; and the tasks to be completed. Depending on the incident type, there may also be additional agency-defined details.
