Map Drawer for Service Request InfoViewer

Options

You can use the Map Drawer button in the Service Request InfoViewer to show the location of the current service request and related records.

This table describes each option that is available from the Map Drawer button in the Service Request InfoViewer.

Option	Description
Show Service Request	Shows the location of the service request.
Show Address	Shows the location of the address associated with the service request.
Show Asset	Shows the location of the asset associated with the service request.
Show Parcel	Shows the location of the parcel associated with the service request.
Show Property	Shows the location of the property associated with the service request.
Related and Unresolved Service Requests	Shows the locations of all unresolved service requests that have the same request type as the current request.

Commands

This table describes each command that is available in the Map Drawer for the Service Request InfoViewer. Action commands are invoked from the Action button. Context commands are invoked by right-clicking on a map marker. Point commands are invoked by right-clicking on a point in the map.

Command	Description
Set Point Location (point)	Copies the X and Y coordinates of the selected point location to the service request record.
Set Address (context)	Copies the selected address to the service request record.
Set Parcel (context)	Copies the selected parcel to the service request record.
Set Property (context)	Copies the selected property to the service request record.
Set Asset (context)	Copies the selected asset to the service request record.
