Linking child service requests

You can link multiple child requests to a single parent request.

  1. Load the parent service request into the Service Request InfoViewer.
  2. On the Associations tab, click Add above the Linked Service Requests grid.
  3. In the Link selected requests to field, enter the identification number for the service request that is a child of the current request.
  4. Click Link.
