Linking to a parent service request

You can use Check TO-DO List or Dispatch Inspector to link one or more related service requests to a selected parent.

  1. In Check TO-DO List or Dispatch Inspector, look up the service requests that you want to link.
  2. In the Service Request Results grid, select the service requests that you want to link.
  3. Click Action and select Link Selected Requests.
  4. Enter the identification code for the parent service request in the Link To field.
  5. Click Link.
    Infor Public Sector links each of the selected service requests to the parent request. If you open the parent request in the InfoViewer, you can see the child requests in the Linked Service Requests grid on the Associations tab.
