Resource usage and costs
You can track the resources that your agency uses and the associated costs. You
can record resource usage and costs for work orders, group projects, asset inspections,
and service requests.
You can record usage for various resource types, including labor, materials, tools, equipment, and vehicles. Material usage and costs can also be associated with issue transactions in the Inventory module. Each resource usage record indicates the type of resource, the total usage, the unit cost, and the total cost. Infor Public Sector also includes cost viewers that you can use to review resource costs for work orders, service requests, and asset inspections.
