Linked service requests
You can link service requests in a parent/child relationship. Linking service
requests consolidates information so that you can process related service requests
together.
Service requests can be linked by different criteria, such as linking requests at the same location or requests for the same problem. When you link a request, Infor Public Sector identifies the linked request as a child of the current request. For example, a request to repair a broken and flooding water hydrant might link to child requests for the cleaning and repair of anything damaged by that flooding.
