Service request inspections
After a service request is submitted you will typically assign an inspector and
schedule the inspection. After completing the inspection, you can record your results and
either resolve the service request or schedule a follow-up inspection.
You can also add log entries about activities related to the inspection, such as customer meetings, letters sent, or any problems discovered during the inspection. To track the inspection's costs, you can record information about the resources used during the inspection, such as employees, contractors, and equipment.
