Custom validation formulas

Custom validation formulas can be used to validate the data that users enter when creating service requests in Rhythm for Civics.

To add a custom validation formula, open the Workflow Manager (System > Agency Personalization > Workflow Manager) and browse to the CRM.ServiceRequest object.

The ServiceRequest object has three events that can be used to validate the data that users enter when submitting service requests in the portal:

CustomValidatePortalInfo
CustomValidatePortalDetails
CustomValidatePortalPublicContact
