Service contract rates

Your Infor Public Sector service contracts can include information about contractors and the rates they charge for particular services or line items.

You can specify the minimum or maximum rates that the contractor charges for a line item. You may want to also specify the minimum and maximum quantities of service work, because a particular rate may result in a discount if larger quantities of service are rendered. You can associate multiple line items with a contractor, and multiple rates charged by a contractor for existing line items.

Note: A contractor in Infor Public Sector is a special type of contact. You indicate which contacts can serve as contractors by selecting the Agency Contractor check box in the Contact InfoViewer.
