Deleting a line item rate

Note: You cannot delete a line item rate if resource usage and costs have already been recorded in Infor Public Sector using the rate.
  1. Load the service contract you want into the Service Contract InfoViewer.
  2. On the Rates tab, browse to the rate that you want to delete.
    The rate can be displayed under a "Line Item Section" node, a "Line Item Sub-section" node, or a "Line Item Reference" node.
  3. Right-click the "Rate" node and select Delete Rate.
    A dialog box is displayed asking if you want to delete the rate.
  4. Click Yes.
    Infor Public Sector deletes the rate and removes it from the Rates tree. If no other rates were specified for the contractor or line item, Infor Public Sector will remove the contractor and line item nodes from the Rates tree.
