Adding an existing work order to a use permit

When working with a use permit, you can add a work order to that permit, such as to clean up a plot of land that is to be sold. To add a work order to the use permit, select the work order and it will be added to the Work Orders grid on the Related Records tab.

  1. Load the application you want into the Application InfoViewer.
    You access an Application InfoViewer by clicking the ID link for the application on any form that shows the link.
  2. On the Related Records tab, click Add above the Work Orders grid.
    The Select Work Order form opens. You can search for the work order and then select it from the Work Orders grid.
  3. Select the work order you want to add to the use permit.
    Infor Public Sector adds it to the Work Orders grid on the Related Records tab. You can click the Work Order # link to open the work order in the Work Order InfoViewer.
